Storage and handling
Live crab stays moist and cool; live sea snails and chilled carp keep in the fridge and are best cooked soon; frozen shrimp, clams and pomfret stay at -18°C and thaw overnight in the fridge. Each product page lists its own storage and cooking notes.
Delivery and cold pack
Live crab travels moist and cool in an insulated box; live sea snails and chilled carp travel cold; frozen shrimp, clams and pomfret travel frozen. Unpack as soon as it arrives: live crab into a cool, damp spot, sea snails and chilled fish into the fridge, frozen packs into the freezer.
If anything arrives warm or damaged, message us with a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
